Are you looking for a unique place to host your special event? Think no further than Ms. Lynn’s Tea!

We offer seating for up to 25 special guests at your:

• Baby or Wedding showers
• Book club meetings
• Red Hatters
• Ladies Church groups
• Family reunions
• Any group you belong to that needs a special place to meet!

It’s your party – we provide the food and the atmosphere!

Please call to make reservations in advance. Choose from our Tea Menu or discuss changes with Ms. Lynn. We also offer special tea parties:

Children’s Tea Party

• Our ‘Fairy Kingdom’ room is available to rent for your Party.
• $25 room rental fee includes all dress-up items and private setting for your Prince or Princess!
• Fairy Kingdom Party has a special menu (see below).
• Children enjoy dressing up as they come in.
• We prepare fun sandwiches and desserts that the kids love.
• We provide an elegant atmosphere in which the children’s imagination can thrive.

Tea Parties include:
Dress up playtime:
We have a great selection of dress ups for children and adults to play with. As the children arrive, they are encouraged to select a hat, gloves, purse, parasol, shawl or boa, and costume jewelry – anything that catches their fancy. When they are suitably attired for tea, they may find a seat at the table.

Tea time:
Taking tea for children is the epitome of playing ‘grown up’. In our elegant Tearoom children find it fun to be polite and take tea properly as if they were grown up. We offer many fun teas for children such as ‘Bubblegum’ and ‘Angel Falls Mist’, both of which when poured are a beautiful pink color. We prepare food that is fun and pleasing to the children, such as peanut butter and jelly hearts and maraschino cherry mice. And what child doesn’t enjoy being sung ‘Happy Birthday’ to – especially when it is accompanied by a pretty petit four on a tea cup and saucer tray.

Story time:
We enjoy reading tea stories to our birthday children and their guests. Our favorite is The Grumpling by Stephen Cosgrove. Afterward, presents can be opened in our Victorian sitting area.

The Etiquette Tea Party

The Etiquette Party is a wonderful opportunity to learn just what to do at the table and how to behave. Do you know what to do with your gloves when you sit down to eat? Does your child understand what each piece of silverware is used for?

Included in the Etiquette Party:

• Ms. Lynn’s personal instruction at the table
• A wonderful Tea Party
• You and your guests will go away feeling pampered and confident in their knowledge of how to behave at their next elegant engagement.
